How do you thrive and grow in a period of such upheaval and change? Humanity is facing a huge challenge currently, whatever your position and beliefs on covid are. How are we going to come out of this, healthy, vibrant and in harmony with each other and the earth? Rachael is an expert on Body Connection and Personal Power. She is known for her capacity to read the body energetically and observe how disconnection, stories and beliefs are limiting individuals from connecting to and expressing their authentic self. Through healing, coaching and teaching she helps people step into their authenticity and power. She helps self-motivated, sensitive, empathic individuals who want success personally and professionally. As a healer and intuitive, she has helped many remove blocks, change destructive patterns and heal from the impossible, radically changing their experience of life and wellbeing. She has a successful in-person practice in East Cheshire, in the UK, and also works online with clients around the world, both in groups and one to one.
